wgnparfum is Weston and Grayson. Grayson lives in Bend, Oregon and Weston lives in Madras, Oregon. We make our own colognes and perfumes and sell them direct. There are sixteen scents, each in two sizes, priced so you can try more than one.

Once your payment is received, we ship your order. Shipping is $9 to $13 depending on how far you are from us in Oregon (Alaska and Hawaii $16), and free on orders of $50 or more in the lower 48. You pick your state at checkout. Cash orders are handed over in person with no shipping fee.

How do I order?
Add what you want to the cart and tap Check out. Fill in your name, phone and address, pick how you'll pay, and send your order to us. We ship once your payment is received.
How can I pay?
You can pay on Venmo at @gray-neff-1 or pay cash in person if you're near Bend or Madras. After you send your order, the Venmo button fills in your total and order number.
How does cash in person work?
Cash is only for people near Bend or Madras, Oregon. Choose Cash in person at checkout and pick your town. We'll contact you at the phone number you gave to set a time and place. We're in Bend and Madras, Oregon.
I'm not sure which scent to get. What should I do?
Take the scent quiz or try the Not sure which one? finder. You can also order 5 ml samples for $5 each, or a set of samples, before you pick a full bottle.
What is in a sample set?
Every set has 5 ml samples. The Cologne Set has all eight colognes and the Perfume Set has all eight perfumes, each $30. The Sample Set has all sixteen for $50.
How will I know my order shipped?
We text you a tracking number at the phone number you gave us as soon as your order goes out. If you haven't heard from us a few days after paying, email wgnparfum@gmail.com or call 541-588-4168.
Do you have discount codes?
Yes. Enter a code in the Discount code box at checkout. Ask us if you have one. Codes take money off your items, and shipping isn't discounted.
Can fragrance bother my skin?
It can, especially if your skin is sensitive. Test a small spot on your arm before you wear a new scent. If you get a rash or irritation, wash it off, stop using it and contact us. You can return it.
Can I return a scent?
Yes, if it gives you a rash or skin irritation. Stop using it, then email wgnparfum@gmail.com or call us and we'll arrange the return.
What happens to my name, phone and address?
They come to us in your order so we can fill it. The site also saves them on your own device so you don't have to retype them. You can clear them any time with "Clear saved details" in checkout.

Who we are
wgnparfum is a small cologne and perfume business run by Weston and Grayson in Oregon. You can reach us at wgnparfum@gmail.com, Grayson at 541-588-4168 or Weston at 541-815-0314.
What we collect
Only what you type into the order form: your name, phone number, shipping address, state, the town you pick for cash orders, any notes or gift message, a discount code if you use one, and what you are ordering. We do not ask for card numbers, and we do not make you create an account.
How we use it
We use it to fill your order: to confirm it, match your payment, ship or hand over your order, text or call you about it, send a tracking number, and handle a return if a scent irritates your skin. We do not sell your information, rent it or use it for ads.
How your order reaches us
Your order is sent to our email, wgnparfum@gmail.com. If we turn on automatic order sending, a form service we use passes the order to that same email. Only Weston and Grayson read your orders.
Payments
When you pay with Venmo, Venmo handles that payment under its own privacy policy. We see the payment in our Venmo account, such as your Venmo name and the amount. Cash orders are paid in person.
Cookies and what stays on your device
To save you retyping, this site remembers your cart, your last order and the details you entered on the device you used. This never leaves your device. You can erase the saved details any time with the Clear saved details button at checkout, or by clearing your browser data.
Other services this site uses
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your device's internet address when the page opens. We do not run advertising or tracking tools or use advertising cookies on the site.
Sharing
We share your information only when we need to deliver your order, such as giving your shipping address to the carrier, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order emails and payment records for as long as we need them to handle your order, returns and our own records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will remove what we can.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing wgnparfum@gmail.com or calling us. You can also order cash in person if you would rather share less.
Children
This site is meant for adults and for parents ordering for their family. If a child sent us information without a parent's knowledge, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Placing an order
Adding items to the cart and sending your order is a request to buy, not a finished sale. Your order is confirmed when we reply to you and we have received your payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a scent is sold out, and if we do, we will refund anything you already paid.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars. A 50 ml bottle is $15, a 100 ml bottle is $30, a 5 ml sample is $5, the Cologne Set and Perfume Set are $30 each, and the Sample Set is $50. We may change prices at any time, but not on an order we have already confirmed.
Payment
You pay first, then we ship. You can pay with Venmo to @gray-neff-1, or with cash in person if you are near Bend or Madras, Oregon. Please put your order number in the Venmo note so we can match your payment to your order. We start your order once we have your payment.
Discount codes
A discount code takes the stated amount off the items in your order, not off shipping. Codes can't be combined, are not worth cash and may be changed or ended at any time.
Shipping
Shipping costs between $9 and $13 within the lower 48 states depending on your state, and $16 to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders of $50 or more ship free within the lower 48. Fragrance contains alcohol and can only travel by ground with most carriers, so we confirm Alaska and Hawaii orders with you before we accept them, and we may have to cancel and refund one we can't ship. You choose your state at checkout and we show the price before you pay. Cash orders in person have no shipping fee. We ship from Oregon with a tracked carrier when we can and text you a tracking number. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed. Please give a correct address, because we can't be responsible for an order sent to a wrong address you gave us.
Cash in person
Cash orders are only for people near Bend or Madras, Oregon. After your order, we contact you at your phone number to set a time and place to meet.
Returns
If a scent gives you a rash or skin irritation, stop using it, wash it off and contact us at wgnparfum@gmail.com or by phone. We will arrange the return. We can't accept returns for other reasons, such as not liking the smell, so we offer 5 ml samples and sample sets to try a scent first.
Skin, allergies and safe use
Fragrance can bother sensitive skin or cause allergic reactions. Test a small spot on your arm before wearing a new scent. Keep fragrance away from eyes and broken skin, and out of the reach of children. Colognes and perfumes contain alcohol and are flammable, so keep them away from flames and heat. If you have allergies or a skin condition, check with a doctor before you use a new fragrance.
Product details
The bottle pictures on this site are illustrations. Scent descriptions and notes are meant as a guide, and how a fragrance smells varies from person to person and from skin to skin.
Availability
Our scents are made in small amounts and can sell out. We mark a scent as sold out on the site, and we may stop selling a scent at any time.
Our responsibility
We work hard to get every order right. To the fullest extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for loss from a delay by a carrier or from using a product against its safety instructions. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. We may update them, and the date at the top will change when we do. The terms in place when you order apply to that order.
